Instagram上で、ジュングループのブランド公式Instagramを装った偽アカウントの存在が複数確認されました。
弊社公式アカウントになりすまし、ユーザーネーム、文章、投稿内容を酷似させていますが、弊社とは一切関係がございません。
お客さまにはご心配とご迷惑をおかけし心よりお詫び申し上げます。
現在、Instagram側へ問い合わせ、スパム報告および偽アカウントであることの報告などの対応を行っておりますが、これらの偽アカウントは個人データの盗用を目的とする悪質なものである可能性がございますので、類似のアカウントよりフォローリクエストがあっても承認しないようお願いいたします。 また、被害防止のためそのようなアカウントより不審な DMを受け取った場合、記載された URL にアクセスせず DM 自体を削除し、 偽アカウントへのブロック対応をお願いいたします。
